Overview
Our client is seeking a Junior Invoicing and Debtors Clerk to join their team. This is an entry-level position with an emphasis on invoicing and assisting with debtors’ management. The ideal candidate will be working in a dynamic environment near the Walter Sisulu Botanical Gardens.

Minimum Requirements:
Matric / Grade 12
A Diploma in finance or related field is preferred but not mandatory
Candidates who have studied accounting at school will be considered
Social media experience – Facebook, etc
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Punctuality and reliability are essential
Physical fitness is required for assisting clients with loading items
Must have a valid driver's license and access to a car for commuting
Be able to work on Mondays from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm to support auctions
Be able to work every second Saturday from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm

Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepare and issue invoices accurately and in a timely manner
Assist in maintaining accurate debtor records and follow up on outstanding payments
Provide assistance to clients, including helping with dispatch of items and record keeping
Accurately record financial transactions in the company's systems
Assist with various administrative tasks as required
