Retail Sales Associate

at Jobisite in British Columbia

Assist customers in finding products that meet their needs
Provide information about the features and benefits of our Japanese products and cosmetics
Handle customer inquiries and complaints
Process sales transactions
Maintain store cleanliness and restock merchandise as needed
Qualifications:
Must be fluent in English
Proficiency in Mandarin and/or Japanese is a plus
Familiarity with Japanese products and their functions
Previous retail or sales experience is preferred
