Job Description: Sales and Marketing Executive in Renvakar Real Estate
Position Overview:As a Sales and Marketing Executive at Renvakar Real Estate, your primary responsibility will be to drive sales and promote the company's real estate properties.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development as cold calling, networking, and attending relevant events.
Client Relationship Management:Provide personalized property recommendations and updates to clients based on their requirements.
Property Presentations:
Lead Management:Maintain a well-organized lead database and track client interactions using CRM software.
Skillfully negotiate prices, terms, and conditions with clients to achieve successful property sales.
Prepare and present sales agreements and contracts, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Possession of a two-wheeler vehicle for property visits and client interactions is essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their needs.
