About the job:

We are hiring a motivated, ambitious and experienced sales manager to join our growing team. The candidate will oversee sales operations at our company and help to meet the company's operations goals.

Job Duties:
• Maintain relationships with our store partners by executing sales calls and follow-ups
• Connect with existing and our potential store partners to seek opportunities to generate new sales
• Understand client needs through on-site consultation
• Provide effective solutions for clients, including recommendations from existing product lines or potential new product lines
• Negotiate purchase and/or sales contracts with customers/suppliers, and ensure all contracts are properly executed
• Provide solutions for sensitive claims, disputes, or conflicts in a manner that is fair for all parties, while maintaining business relationships
• Determine strategic planning related to new product lines
• Coordinate and assist with the logistics of product sales
• Develop, maintain, and grow our client portfolio. Obtain new clients and maintain a book of clients to increase sales opportunities.
• Supervise, organize, train and manage staff
• Other duties may be assigned

Skills and Qualifications
• 3+ years in sales management
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organization skills
• Bachelor’s degree
• Independent, self-starter to develop new business while growing our existing portfolio
