F9 provides planning, scheduling, cost control, forensic planning, claims assistance and project management services to support its client’s requirements during any part of the project life cycle.

The Role:
F9 has an opportunity for a Construction Manager to join our team, Perth based.
You will be offered the opportunity to work on prominent projects for our clients throughout Western Australia and beyond.
This role is critical to the planning, organising, directing and coordinating of major engineering projects, and the people and physical resources involved in building and construction.

In performing your duties, you will be able to call upon and be supported by the F9 team of resources and construction industry professionals. Our team come from a wide variety of professional backgrounds, providing a diversity of experience and insight.

Experience:
The successful candidate will have 8 or more years’ experience in a project environment focused on construction of major engineering projects, and be a confident and self-motivated individual who is capable of working with a high degree of autonomy, whilst also maintaining a strong sense of personal responsibility and integrity to their work. Candidates ideally should be able to demonstrate the necessary skills through their previous construction management experience, including past project-based roles.
The following experience and attributes are also highly desirable:
• Relevant experience in construction management across a large and diverse portfolio of projects
• Demonstrated experience with project management systems & techniques.
• Strategic managerial experience focussing on construction management
• Positive attitude to help overcome difficulties as they may arise.
• Competent with Microsoft office suite, including excel.
• Reporting skills.
• Commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
• Negotiation and influencing skills.
