Job Description:

We are looking to hire a skilled Pega Architect to design and develop
enterprise-level Pega applications for our company. In this role, you will be
responsible for the deployment of large-scale Pega projects. This may involve
Architecting BPM applications, integrating web services, designing data models
and frameworks, and collating business analysis requirements.

To ensure success as a Pega Architect, you should have advanced knowledge of
Pega Class Hierarchy, experience with Java-based applications, and high-level
project management skills. A top-level Pega Architect understands the needs of
the company and designs scalable applications to improve process management.

Responsibilities:

Preferred 15+ years of Software Development experience.

Preferred 5+ years of experience in Pega PRPC.

Proven experience as a Pega Architect.

Exceptional knowledge about PEGA Direct Capture of Objectives (DCO)
methodology.

Experience in Pega 7.x.

Pega certifications, CLSA.

Demonstrated experience in Agile development, application design, software
development, and testing.

Delivery of large scale systems.

Credit Card Disputes domain knowledge.

A proven hunger to learn new technologies and translate them into working
software.

Ability to effectively communicate to internal and external business
partners.

Required Skills:

Engage with customer SME / Architect and understand pain areas / project
requirements.

Create functional Design, Construct Class Hierarchy and Object Models,
Define Test Strategy.

Design / Architect PEGA solution for customer problem.

Help create a road map for the project.

Provide technical leadership to the project team.

Derive and enforce best practices in PEGA architecture / design / coding.

Familiarity with J2EE, XML, Java, JSP, and EJB.

Work on multiple to provide technical leadership on PEGA project
implementation.

Help enable PEGA experts to the next level by way of mentoring / taking
training.

Perform Business architecture blueprint within Pega PRPC using the Direct
Capture of Objectives (DCO) methodology.

Familiarity with Scrum and Agile methodology.

Knowledge of coding languages including Angular JS, Java, and jQuery.

Knowledge of web technologies including JavaScript, CSS, HTML5, and XML.

Enforce best practices in Pega Business architecture and functional
requirements.

Anchor the Requirement Discussions with Business and IT Stakeholders.

Generic Managerial Skills.

Very good communication skills.

Good Analytical skills.
