So, what's the focus of the Area Manager role?

The Area Manager role holds ‘Registered Manager' status with Care Inspectorate Wales (CIW); you'll therefore be responsible for ensuring our services are compliant with CIW and contractual regulations and standards. You'll take the lead in developing a co-productive and innovative culture across services in Cardiff region. Supported by the leadership team, you'll work collaboratively to ensure the development and delivery of our strategic objectives for Support Services.

You'll work in partnership with the people we support, their families/carers/friends, local community organisations, housing partners, statutory organisations, staff and volunteers, and others to support people achieve the things that matter to them.

You will work with our ‘Innovation and Development team' to champion creativity and best practice – ensuring every support in your area reflects our strategic aims and our organisational values and play a central role in our continued growth and development, leading the provision of consistently high-quality services.

Fundamentally you'll work as part of a Senior Management team to ensure our support is creative, innovative and person centred.

Salary: £44, 048
