Position: ServiceNow Platform Architect

Location: Middletown, NJ, Dallas, TX (Onsite from Day-1)

Type: Contract

 

Job Description:

 

Must have - ITSM, CMDB, ITOM

 

Please find the below JD

·         At least two mainline valid ServiceNow Certifications

·         Responsible for the technical specification and implementation of
the ServiceNow integration

·         Candidate should have working knowledge of ServiceNow platform for
major modules like TSOM, TSM, ITSM, CMDB and Custom Scoped Applications.

·         Candidate should have experience working in Telecommunication
domain and implementation of ServiceNow in Telecommunication domain.

·         Custom applications development

·         Building sustainable CMDB with ServiceNow Discovery or other
discovery tools

·         Building Service Catalog with Service Portal and fulfilment
automation

·         Integrating ServiceNow with cloud service providers' platforms

·         Configure and customize ServiceNow platform in all of the following
modules:

1.       Service Catalog

2.       Incident, Problem, Change, Release and Knowledge

3.       CMDB
