They are currently searching for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join their award-winning Executive Search Firm.

The Senior Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for building and growing a client portfolio, using commercial information to identify organisations that have current or future recruitment needs in the permanent or interim space. They will ensure the delivery of excellent recruitment services, completing all necessary client and candidate-facing tasks and building long-term client relationships.

This will be a hybrid role with 3 days a week in the London office.


Key areas of focus:

Develop client contact strategies and conduct New Business Development calls.

Schedule and attend pitches with prospective clients.

Develop and implement strategies based on clients’ needs.

Headhunting and identifying prospective candidates using a variety of channels.

Candidate engagement - identify and attract potential candidates.

Screening candidates and drawing up shortlists of candidates for clients to interview.

Present detailed candidate profile summaries to clients.

Develop a sustainable candidate-led strategy.
