They are currently searching for an Associate Director to join their award-winning Executive Search Firm.

The Associate Director is a Board-level role reporting directly to the CEO. They will be responsible for the creation, management, and profitability of a selected division operating within the UK. You will own the division and gain an equity share. You will be working within both the interim and permanent space in Executive Search with the view to grow and develop and team.

This will be a hybrid role with 3 days a week in the London office.


Key areas of focus:

Establish New Business for the company and develop a strong HR, OD & Change interim business.

Resource, motivate and inspire a division within the company to achieve short-, medium- and long-term goals.

Hold P&L ownership of the division.

Hold shared responsibility for the strategic direction of the division.

Responsible for driving initiatives to ensure successful recruitment of new divisional employees as well as retention of existing staff within the division.

Set sales targets for all consultants and managers within your division.

Direct involvement in Client Relationship Management and Business Development Activities relevant to your division.

Attend key client-facing meetings and participate in tender processes/PSL reviews.
