Japanese Order Fulfillment Analyst (14th Month Pay + No JLPT Required)

Position: Japanese Order Fulfillment Analyst
Industry: Shared Service
Salary: Php 70,000- Php 90,000 gross
Schedule: Shifting
Location: Makati City
Work Set-up: Onsite

Requirement:
• Open to JLPT N2, N3 Passer or Level
• Bachelor’s Degree holder in any course
• Open for Fresh Graduates
• Experience in customer service or related jobs is a big advantage but not required.
• Good communication skills.
• Willing to work onsite in Makati City
Responsibilities:
• Responsible in process channel orders from distributors, direct resellers, and carriers
• Monitoring and evaluation of all order issues
• Ensure completeness and accuracy when processing Purchase orders and quotes
• Provides Shipment Confirmation to Customers and ensures that orders are in ready condition and correct status before each order status
• Monitoring and evaluation of all orders and sales processes as well as preparation of order reports.
• Accountable for the forecast accuracy metrics.
• Understand and interpret the potential impact that market trends and demand drivers can have on demand.
• Provide recommendations to enhance and improve the business process for the efficiency of the operations.
