Brainy n Bright, a leading global STEM institution, is seeking a Sales and Marketing Specialist for their Lawrenceville Center based in New Jersey. The successful candidate will develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to promote the institution's STEM programs and services, and report to the Global Head of Sales and Marketing to meet enrollment and revenue targets.

Job Type: Full-time (at our Lawrenceville Location onsite)

Responsibilities:

Generate leads by making outbound calls and receive inbound calls to promote the institution's STEM programs and services.
Track and follow up on leads and ensure their timely conversions.
Create effective messaging and collateral to communicate the institution's brand and offerings.
Manage digital and social media platforms.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in STEM education.
Participate in community outreach, increasing connections with the schools for B2B businesses.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
Provide regular reports on sales and marketing performance and recommend improvements.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
2+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in education or STEM-related fields.
Excellent communication, writing, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.
Passion for STEM education and a commitment to promoting the institution's mission and values.
