We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide excellent customer service to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and providing product information. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to think quickly and make sound decisions.

Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Provide accurate information about products and services.
Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
Resolve customer service issues in a timely manner.
Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
