Job Title: Helpdesk/Desktop Support
Location: San Jose CA (Onsite day1)
Client: Nio
C2C: Yes
Duration: 1+ year
Pay Rate: $45-48/hr on C2C
Visa: No OPT and CPT
Vendor: Bahwan Cybertekk
Note: Client: NIO Inc… Please do not disclose the client yet, tell them this is for one of BCTs Automobile/EV client and at the time of interview will let you know.
Interview Process: 1 Internal screening, 2 client rounds – 1st 30 Mins video and second 1-2 hours onsite interview or Video interview (insists on onsite interview)
Key responsibilities:
Work on ticketing system, analyze tickets, review it, assign/resolve the same.
Involve in set up of equipment’s, Jacks, Inventory etc.
Knowledge with Active directory, SCCM, Office 365, Zoom, Exchange, Windows, Apple MDM, Zoom etc.
