Were seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Source-to-Pay to join our Enterprise Sourcing Office – ONBOARDING team. This role is located in Pune, Maharashtra (Hybrid).

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

Active role in improving PO Compliance ratio and driving process adherence to BNYM Policies.
Implement best in class practices, applications and tools aiding in the goal of creating a strong & sustainable companywide procurement system.
Interact with stakeholder across the global and various levels.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

Graduate in Accounting or Commence or relevant experience in lieu
Relevant industry experience in procurement operations & tools/systems/applications, process analysis, stakeholder query management
Experience in working with Global stakeholders is preferrable.
Able to effectively communicate with different types of stakeholders at different levels. Must be a strong communicator, both written and verbal.
Experience in analyzing complex data and turning into actionable information and objectives
Good analytical skills, along with sound judgement and critical thinking
Knowledge of procurement systems such as Oracle, Ivalua, PeopleSoft is advantageous, but not essential.
