Eagle Harbor, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC and an Industry Leader is seeking GFEBS Financial Data Analyst Instructor/Developer to provide technical, analytical, DoD Financial Management (FM) training development expertise to advance Data Analytics training and educational outcomes. Position is located at Ft. Jackson, Columbia, SC. The Financial Data Analyst will be responsible for developing and delivering training.



Well qualified candidates will be expected to provide subject matter expertise to support the Finance and Comptroller School’s (FCS) efforts to develop and incorporate Data Analytics as a core competency by helping to synthesize and synchronize data analytics initiatives occurring throughout the School, Finance Corps, and Army; to include synthesizing ongoing data analytics efforts as a result of the Enterprise Business Systems (EBS) Convergence project. FCS efforts include updating: Finance units (Standard Requirements Code (SRC) 14) collective, individual, and mission essential tasks as a result of recent force structure changes; all standard of grades (SOG) tables to ensure all SOGs are updated to reflect updated tasks, roles, and functions for both finance units and operational comptroller organizations; collective, individual, and mission essential task(s) listed in Combined Arms Training Strategy (CATS) and the Finance and Comptroller School’s (FCS) Training Readiness Guide (TRG); Army doctrinal publications to reflect the new Data Analytics core competency; all relevant FC personnel management and polices that reflect the new Data Analytics core competency; updating senior FC leaders during regular touchpoints to monitor the inculcation of the new Data Analytics core competency; and developing new collective, individual, and mission essential tasks list(s) for both Finance units and Operational Comptroller organizations in order to inculcate Data Analytics core competency. Deliver training/education for all Data Analytics courseware (FJSC, Mobile Training Team (MTT), and TASS Training Centers (TTC)) as required for the duration of the contract period.



Position Requirements:

US Citizen.

Ability to obtain and maintain an Active Public Trust Designation.

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Analysis, Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Information Systems (CIS), Information Technology, Math and Statistics, Economics, or Engineering.

Three (3) years of documented GFEBS operational experience and three years of Army or DoD FM experience (which may include resource management), and possess a military background with experience in training development.

Additionally, must have three years of working knowledge in report generation using GFEBS ECCBI.



Preferred qualifications:

Previous Instructor/Writer-Developer experience and TRADOC qualification preferred.
