Job Description:
POSITION: PPES Engineering Pod Lead (Remote)
Education: bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Location: 100% Remote (NO geographic location)
Industry Experience: Healthcare, specifically Oncology or deep knowledge of
OMOP (Oncology-based Data Collection System)

REQUIRED SKILLS: Minimum 5 years' experience in the following:
1. Snowflake Schema Design and Implementation
2. Debt management within a data environment
3. Working with OMOP
4. Working with Azure cloud platform

Nice to have skills:
? Enterprise architecture design and analysis
? Enterprise architecture strategy
? Enterprise architecture planning

Responsibilities: As the PPES (Product, Platform, and Engineering Services)
Engineering Pod Lead, your key responsibilities will include:
? Leading and managing a team of engineers, ensuring they are aligned with
project goals and delivering high quality solutions.
? Overseeing the end-to-end delivery of engineering projects, including
planning, resource allocation, and timely execution.
? Providing technical guidance and experience in Snowflake schema design and
implementation
? Review and integrate all application requirements, including functional,
security, integration, performance, quality and operations requirements.
? Review and integrate the technical architecture requirements.
? Provide input into final decisions regarding hardware, network products,
system software and security.
The likelihood of extension beyond the initial contract is high.
