We are seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy individual to join our team as an HRIS Administrator. As the HRIS Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient functioning of our Human Resource Information System (HRIS) environment. This includes providing ongoing technical support, resolving system-related queries, and assisting users with Employee Self-Service (ESS) access.

Minimum Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent (Grade 12)
A degree in a relevant field is advantageous
1-2 years of experience working with HRIS systems OR relevant working experience with data software systems
Knowledge and familiarity with HR processes
Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain data integrity by running queries, auditing, and analyzing data
Generate monthly leave reports
Act as the custodian of the ESS system, providing support for all ESS and leave-related queries
Serve as a liaison between various departments, including payroll and management
Collaborate with the Group Head of Payroll to enhance the utilization of the HRIS system
Contribute to HRIS projects and initiatives
