Remote IT Communications Specialist needs 3-7 years' experience in communication
Remote IT Communications Specialist requires:
 Agile working environment (experience not required)
 Highly collaborative position and team
 Marketing exp is a plus
 Mid level role
 Change management and brand marketing exp
 Excellent written and verbal communications skills, including the ability to edit
 Accuracy and attention to detail
 Advanced Microsoft Office skills (MS Word, PowerPoint, Collaboration Tools)
 Strong planning and organizational skills, follows business process and drives to meet deadlines
 Highly motivated/ambitious
 Agile and innovative thinker
 Experience working in a technology environment and/or large corporation
 Project management
 Internal Communications Specialist experience
 IT Technical writing and creativity are a plus
 Corporate communications experience
 Certified change management is a plus
 BA background with transferable experience
 Bachelor's degree in communications or related field and relevant IT work experience

Remote IT Communications Specialist duties:
 Leverages use of social media/technology to distribute communications
 Develop and maintain collaborative technology vehicles
 Facilitate and Develop material and support IT Leadership Meetings and Events
 Support Business Change Readiness activities that are related to Internal IT transformations projects (training, communications and change management support)
 Define and Drive Brand Management of IT- slogans, creative marketing material
 Creates and administers surveys of IT communications audiences.
 Leverages survey results to provide recommendations for improving IT Communications, branding and strategy on an ongoing basis.
 Presents survey report and recommendations to Management and IT Senior Leadership.
