We Are Looking For Back Office Executive
at Percept Infosystem in Maharashtra
Position: Executive
Experience: 0-2 yrs.
Qualification: Any Graduate
Skills Required:
Organizational skills.
Knowledge of computer operating systems and MS Office software.
Working knowledge of CRM platforms.
Ability to work as part of a team.
written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with market research techniques.
Roles/Responsibilities:
Maintain and update project documents and files.
On a daily basis, provide administrative support for all data entry using MS Excel.
Assisting with staff and client upkeep and record keeping
Managed the company's updates and changes.
Performing market research.
Gathering and processing research data.
Performing basic admin duties including printing, sending emails, and ordering office supplies.
Assisting and coordinating with the sales team.
Assisting the Front Office team.
Assisting with inventory control.
Organizing staff meetings and updating calendars.
Assisting and supporting management.
Job Location: Nagpur
Salary: 7k-8k
Job Type: Full Time
