The Brand Director has/is:
Industry experience in B2B (Home: furniture / electronics / appliances / bedding)
7+ years experience in marketing / 2+ years experience running a marketing team
Functional experience: Brand management, Omnichannel marketing campaigns, Email marketing, Budget management, Asset creation for lead generation and member retention, Build out KPIs and martech
Ability to leverage data and insights to execute strategies; Ability to conduct market research
Highly collaborative (especially with sales org)
Autonomous, leader, roll up your sleeves attitude
Location: Winston - Salem, NC or remote
