Job Title: Redwood Support Administrator



Location: Florham Park, NJ



Duration: 6+ months Contract role



 



 



Job Description:



Candidate should have experience (must have skills) in :





Has hands-on experience in defining, developing, and delivering data
transmission solutions (Enterprise level FTP and Fax products, e.g., Redwood
MFT, MoveIT, RightFax)

2-3 years of working experience in Redwood JSCAPE.

Experience in building automation jobs in Redwood JSCAPE.

Experience in installation/ administration/ managing Redwood JSCAPE.

Worked with FTP tools like IP Switch, FileZilla, WinSCP, etc., SQL
administration, Tools and Application Monitoring, and IAM -Identity Access
Management.

Worked with MFT tools, FTP/ SSH/ SFTP, File transfers, and Encryption tools.

Configure, implement and support data transmission solutions Enterprise
level FTP.

Basic Linux and Windows system navigation, commands, and scripting

Excellent attention to detail with an understanding of the risk of
unsecured data transmission

Monitors file transfer jobs, diagnose, and provides support for failures.

Performs minor upgrades and applies maintenance fixes to products.

Works with internal and external customers to configure and troubleshoot
file transfers Automate where possible. MS Orchestrator experience is highly
desirable.

Implements security certificates as needed (Understands SFTP or FTPS
protocols).

Works with vendor to troubleshoot software issues.

Works with internal and external application and business teams with
differing technical abilities to develop data transmission solutions.


Good to have (as secondary skills):





experience in System Center Orchestrator SCO / SCORCH,

experience in RightFax Utility

Redwood JSCAPE API skills
