Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Location: In Office (Remote Days Available)
Pay Rate: $24K/year
Est. Hours: 40 hours (full time)
Reports To: Owner


Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and managing various administrative tasks, including financial records.

Responsibilities:
Answer phone calls and emails
Create and maintain client folders
Schedule appointments and manage client communications
Learn about emergency procedures and assist as needed
Assist with financial tasks, such as organizing receipts and invoicing clients
Help manage and maintain office technology

Qualifications and Skills
Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and experience with Quickbooks
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Highly organized and able to run reports and manage multiple tasks
Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new software
Self-starter with a strong work ethic
