Navy Fleet Scheduling Analyst (3235)
at Three Saints Bay Family of Companies in Virginia
Eagle Harbor, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Navy Fleet Scheduling Analyst.
Responsibilities:
Provide scheduling support for the development and maintenance of ship's schedule to facilitate planning within Mid Atlantic Regional Maintenance Center (MARMC).
Serve as the liaison between MARMC, CNRMC, and DIO regarding all User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for Fleet Scheduling Center (FSC) migration into Fleet Technical Support (FTS).
Work with counterparts at DIO, USFFC, CNSL, and CNRMC regarding ship availabilities with regards to CNOs, CMAVs, and TSRAs.
Work with CNRMC and CNSL to establishment the requirements to build out a TSRA tracker.
Participate in working groups to build out requirements, provide feedback, and test the redesign of the WEBSKED application.
Provide analyses of Fleet schedules as required.
Attend meetings related to projects, working groups, initiatives, and technical conferences as required.
Administrative services such as development of flowcharts and presentations, document user-guides processes and business rules.
Requirements:
US Citizen
Active Secret Clearance
Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
The Fleet Scheduling Analyst MUST have recent and current experience within five years.
Ability to utilize computers including the Microsoft Office Suite for compiling information for reports and history files.
The highly desired Fleet Scheduling Analyst will have:
- Knowledge and understanding of Fleet Scheduling Center (FSC), Fleet Technical Support (FTS), Web-Enabled Scheduling System (WEBSKED), Navy Data Environment (NDE), Validation, Screening and Brokering (VSB), and Visit Analysis Center (VAC).
- Knowledge of the Joint Fleet Maintenance Manual (JFMM) and Ship Force Readiness Manual (SFRM).
