Eagle Harbor, LLC , a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Supply Technician.



Responsibilities:

Maintain readiness of Aviation Materiel Office (AMO) window serving Air Station personnel. This effort includes stocking the cabinets at both the window-counter and storage facility to include 7,200 stocked consumable items. Oversee the ordering, storage, and distribution of aviation consumables. Such consumables include: acid brushes, paper towels, safety wire, tape, trash bags, ear plugs, and other disposable items necessary in the daily routine of Air Station operations.
Maintain the inventory of type three and five materiel using Fleet Logistics System (FLS). Account for over 11,000 line items including aircraft hardware, tools, and consumables. This effort includes entering new items into the FLS database, managing storage locations within the Engineering Department spaces while ensuring all "on-hand" inventories are accurately reflected within FLS and assisting the Aviation Materiel Officer with quarterly inventories.
Utilize and be well-versed in USCG Financial & Procurement Desktop (FPO) application. Use FPO daily to generate Procurement Request documents for the Air Station. Cross reference information and products through one of the required Government sources (GSA Advantage, FED LOG, etc.), acquiring the necessary information to assist and support the Unit Shop.
Coordinate with Engineering Department Chief Petty Officers and Ground Services Equipment (GSE) representatives to complete required orders within FPD. Assist in maintaining Air Station equipment calibration program through the CG Precision Measuring Equipment Laboratories (PMEL) program when the Administrative Assistant is away or out of the office.
Enroll all precision equipment utilized by unit mechanics into the PMEL program in accordance with Air Force Calibration Authority Viewer (AFCAV). This effort ensures all required tools are calibrated on a timely schedule.
Assist the Aviation Materiel Officer in maintaining the Engineering annual budget by cataloging the purchase of all aircraft hardware, tools, and consumables. Coordinate with Engineering Department Chief Petty Officers to understand shop requirements including special high value purchases.
Assist in maintaining office operations and assume the roles and duties of the Aviation Material Office Administrative Assistant when the Administrative Assistant is either away or out of the office.


Requirements:

Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
Minimum of two years' work experience; working with aviation consumables
Experience working in a storeroom issuing consumables
Experience with inventory control management
Experience with office administrative skills and abilities
Experience with various office automation systems, software applications and computer equipment.
