Senior Product Owner needs 8 plus years of experience as a PO
Senior Product Owner requires:
 Framingham, MA remote
 Agile methodology and PO Certification (preferred, not required
 Kronos Workforce Central (required)
 Kronos Dimension (preferred not required)
 Kronos UKG is the number one type of experience the team is seeking
 Functional role
 Understand the logic of technology; open to an Engineer looking to transition

Senior Product Owner duties:
 Responsible for defining Team Product Backlog of User Stories including backlog prioritization, refinement and creation of acceptance criteria along with agreed upon definition of done. Has autonomy to make decisions around the team backlog
 Partner with the Product Manager to understand priorities and PI features and supports driving the Product Increment (PI) objective at the Team Level
 May partner with other PO's for optimal PI feature allocation approach
 Drives Iteration Goals and content via prioritized user stories
 Product/Domain knowledge that guides, informs and provides insight on what product enhancements, maintenance and efficiencies/remediation are needed
 Ensures the technical integrity of the solution
 Ensures team risks and dependencies are identified and managed
 Collaborates with the System Architect to prioritize Enablers
