Virtual Customer Support (REMOTE OPPORTUNITY.
Great opportunity for remote Customer Support Representative to interact with
US customer base providing training. This position involves NO SALES.
Customers purchase our services (e.g., a custom-built website) and you engage with them to provide training of how to run their website. (Of course we provide that training to you!)
We have multiple full-time openings to join an established team providing stellar Customer Support. You will be on calls with customers 6-7 hours per day and entering notes about topics covered.
As a member of this team, both your voice and your work products are valued. Management relies on this team to ensure our customers receive the services they purchased.
Helpful experience to have:
Working well both independently and remotely while effectively managing time.
Communicating clearly with a tightly coordinated team.
Establishing rapport over the phone with customers and building their confidence as they learn.
Maintaining regular consistent and professional attendance, punctuality, and performance.
Assuming ownership of establishing rapport and building successful customer relationships.
Providing clear instructions (training), one-on-one during phone calls.
