JD:
Essential to have a good understanding of IBM WebSphere Commerce (WC v8)/
Client Commerce v9 functional and technical architecture including design and
development best practice and the associate technologies
Strong experience with the design, development, testing, and integration of
B2B and B2C eCommerce web applications.
Strong experience leading development efforts to customize core Client
Commerce systems such as Catalog, Data Load, Order, Search, Promotions, and
Payments across all application layers based on client customer requirements.
Previous experience of working in an Agile environment
Lead efforts to design, build and configure application, acting as the primary
lead for Client Commerce development.
Understand the platform architecture, functionality, technology, and
development processes
Lead application development efforts and provide oversight/direction to a team
of 4 Client commerce developers
Lead and conduct code reviews
Attend and participate in daily Scrum of Scrums meeting on an as-needed basis
Lead sizing and story effort estimation in Sprint Refinement meetings
Review, validate, and where necessary create procedural documentation as it
pertains to the software engineering process
Escalate any risks or issues with deliverables or milestones with the Delivery
Lead
