Cybersecurity Governance Lead Analyst requires:
 4 years of experience in cybersecurity, technology audit, risk management, or GRC (Governance, Risk and Compliance) Cloud governance/compliance or engineering experience
 Experience working with cybersecurity requirements, controls, and standards.
 Knowledge of CIS, NIST and New York Department of Financial Services 23 NYCRR 500 Regulation ("NYDFS")
 Experience and ability to manage workstreams and oversee tasks within technical teams Have strong organizational and communication skills
 Ability to identify gaps and non-compliance with a standard
 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and great collaborator within a team Strong attention to detail and ability to closely follow defined processes
Cybersecurity Governance Lead Analyst duties:
 Lead the review of Cybersecurity policies and standards, and ensure that all defined controls are properly documented, and compliance requirements are met
 Assist with defining and implementing governance processes for the Identity and Access Management and Cloud Security teams
 As a governance lead, work with the identity and access management and cloud security teams to understand their processes, how they manage risks, respond/advise on their compliance needs and concerns, and remediate new and outstanding issues
 Develop a cloud compliance and governance program to set the appropriate guardrails for development teams in our cloud environment
 Assist with the Company’s annual SOC 2 Type 2 report
 Demonstrate the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and assist with ad hoc projects
 Support the overall goal of collaboration and supporting a cybersecurity culture by building and maintaining relationships across various functions
 Support innovation through process improvements and updating documentation and procedures
