Our company is looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to come on board in a part-time capacity to help coordinate the accounting arms to the business.
Position Description
This role will be an accounting all-rounder position on a Part-Time basis, with the potential to go Full-Time. You will apply your hardworking, reliable and driven work ethic to your job each and every day.
Key responsibilities will include :
Accounts Payable
Accounts Receivable
Monitoring debtor and creditor payments
Reporting
Cash flow management
Account reconciliations
Payroll function
Inventory tracking
Administration maintaining files and records
Helping tidy and maintain the system and data
End of financial year duties
The ideal candidate will posses :
Ability to build strong internal and external relationships
Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team
Excellent time management skills
Excellent ability to multitask
