FIB Technician

Location: Hillsboro, OR
Duration: 18 months

Description:
•The successful candidates will fabricate TEM samples from 300mm wafers using industry standard equipment and perform TEM/STEM imaging, diffraction, and compositional analysis.

Required Skills:
•Demonstrate knowledge and skills in advanced electron/ion microscopy including sample preparation, troubleshooting, instrument optimization, and data collection.
•Perform TEM imaging, diffraction, EDX analysis, and spectrum profile.
•Coding experience in Python, MATLAB, or machine learning is a plus.
•Must be a team player and interact in a positive fashion with peers and customers.
•Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment where priorities may change often.

Education:
•Bachelor in a related field, i.e., electron microscopy, materials science, physics, semi devices preferred
