Customer Service Representative

Our client is currently seeking a Contract Customer Service Representative to join their team. They are seeking someone who truly enjoys helping their customers; their goal is one-call resolution!
Responsibilities
Interaction with customers via phone and email, providing answers about client results, billing, pricing, expediting, and product troubleshooting
Updating account information
Assisting Physicians and Practitioners, assuring they have the tools necessary to succeed in the portal
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Microsoft Office
Excellent typing and data entry skills
Knowledge of CRM systems a plus
Ability to learn new systems and adapt to changes in the workplace
Tech savvy
Proven excellent customer service skills in a fast-paced environment from diagnosis of the issue to solution
Ability to empathize with the customer and become their advisor
