Eagle Harbor is an emerging specialty-consulting firm focused on providing innovative strategic planning, project development, and management solutions. We are a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC and owned by the Village of Old Harbor, Kodiak Island, Alaska.

Position Overview:

The Project Manager – National Integrated Ballistics Information Network (NIBIN) National Correlation and Training Center (NNCTC)2 “Project Manager-NNCTC-2” serves as the on-site Manager for all contractor personnel working under this contract at the NNCTC-2, located in Wichita, KS.  The manager is responsible for oversight of daily operations of the contractor personnel.

 

Position Duties:

 Include, but are not limited to:

Planning and coordinating the activities of the assigned Contractor employees.
Establishing employee schedules and coordinating priorities.
Assisting in providing replacement personnel. 
Provide oversight and management of all assigned Contractor staff to ensure their duties are accomplished in work overload situations.
Conducting meetings as needed with the Contract PM, the COR and the NNCTC-2 Government personnel to discuss project activities, schedules, workloads, potential problems and their resolution.
Assisting all other assigned Contractor staff to accomplish their duties in work overload situations.
Ensuring that Contractor staff has the tools necessary to accomplish their duties independently.
Ensuring sufficient Quality Assurance/Quality Control Plans are in place for the NNCTC-2 to successfully complete their services/requirements under this contract.
The PM - NNCTC-2 will work with the ATF to provide competent leadership and responsible project direction through successful performance of a variety of detailed, diverse elements of project management tasks. The PM will direct completion of tasks within estimated timeframes and budget constraints, while interfacing with client counterparts when appropriate.

 

Minimum Education:

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university/college. Work experience may be substituted for the educational requirements with prior approval from ATF.

 

Minimum/General Experience:

Prefer more than eight years recent experience commensurate with the job responsibilities; Minimum of five years required.
Must be available for travel on an as needed basis.
Must be able to obtain and maintain the DOJ/ATF clearance requirements.
Must have strong presentation skills in presenting plans and projects to a group.
