Property Maintenance Worker
PeopleReady ofClovis, CA is now hiring Property Maintenance Workers! As a Maintenance Technician, you will perform necessary repairs and preventative maintenance throughout the entire property.

Pay Rate:
The pay rate for this job is $19 / hour
What you'll be doing as a Property Maintenance Worker:

• Solve maintenance issues including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC Refresh units by installing new appliances, carpeting, and lighting
• Prepare and paint walls
• Record maintenance activities and determine schedule for upgrades
• Restore door locks and key systems
• Perform minor construction and/or carpentry work

Shift Timings:1st Shift (Day)
Job requirements:

• Must have at least 3+ years in Property Maintenance.
• Must be able to pass a background check & drug test.
• Must have your own vehicle.
• Own tools of the trade and be able to bring them to the jobsite
• Excellent verbal and written communication
