Our attorneys serve a limited number of clients (25–30) to deliver exceptional, 5-star service while maintaining a healthy work–life balance. Our purpose as attorneys is (1) to maximize the time our clients spend with their kids and (2) to maximize our clients’ money. Attorneys are 100% responsible for their caseload. To help provide clients with exceptional service, attorneys collaborate as a team, sharing information and advice. They coordinate with their paralegals to ensure clients always know what’s going on and learn how to navigate the divorce process successfully. Attorneys provide that they meet all hours and revenue requirements, that all legal work is done on time and at an exceptionally high level, and that they confirm that their clients feel cared for, heard, and constantly communicated with.


Some of what you will need to include:

Active Utah Bar License with no bar disciplinary actions
At least three years experience in the following: (1) in-court litigation, including proffer hearings, evidentiary hearings, and trials; (2) mediation; (3) family law
Communicating with empathy and compassion with clients
Billing work completed in real-time
Sales and closing
