We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Learning Operations and Implementation Lead Associate to join our Learning and Leadership Development. This role is located in Wroclaw, Poland.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

Ensuring large scale, global, strategic learning initiatives are successfully implemented by managing the administration required to deliver learning on time, to the right people, via our learning management system.

Collating data to track implementation success e.g., number of learner registrations and course completions.

Analyzing data for stakeholder and regulator reports.

Supporting external vendors to ensure they are compliant with our internal policies.

Helping with the integration of a new Learning Experience Platform aimed at transforming the learning experience for our employees.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

Three to five years of project management experience, preferably in learning program implementation, and an understanding of agile principles, to plan and deliver on multiple initiatives at the same time.

Experience of using a learning management system (LMS) and preferably a learning experience platform (LXP) e.g., Degreed, in a global organization; and working with third party vendors.

Ability to use Microsoft Office tools e.g., Excel/PowerBI to collate, analyse and report on data.

Good communication skills both written and verbal, with the ability to consult with stakeholders, vendors, and present in-person and virtually when required.

Bachelor s degree in organization development, psychology, financial services, or related field; or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
