We have an exciting opportunity for a Global Investment Operations (GIO) Sr. Analyst / Sr. Data Analyst located in Pittsburgh, PA or Warrendale, PA

What You’ll Do
As a GIO Sr. Analyst / Sr. Data Analyst, you’ll support, analyzes, and maintains investment and portfolio data. You’ll also support the day-to-day timely delivery of high-quality data across Enterprise datasets and downstream data consumers for compliance, reporting, sales, marketing, product management, investment processes, regulatory filings and other corporate usage.

• Ensure integrity of data to support investment management operations data.
• Setup, delete, modify and review of all portfolios’ accounts and data elements.
• Daily reconciliation and resolution of issues resulting from data loading.
• Day to day review and monitoring of security master reconciliations and maintenances

The Expertise We’re Looking For
• Associate degree or equivalent financial services industry experience required; Bachelor’s degree in related major preferred
• Minimum 3 years financial services experience and/or 2 years XSP, Eagle, Markit, BBG, Electra experience required
• Accounting/Data processing, reconciliation of cash, transactions, positions, pricing, performance & triaging issues preferred
• Experience with MS Office products, security knowledge, and the trade and settlement process required, VBA / SQL experience preferred

The experience level of the candidate will determine level of position as Global Investment Operations Sr. Analyst or Sr. Data Analyst.
