Ocean Bay, LLC, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our Teams in Anniston, AL!

Position Overview:

Provide Project Management support and training support services to support the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS)/Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA)/National Preparedness Directorate/National Training and Education Directorate/Center for Domestic Preparedness (CDP) located in Anniston, Alabama.

Responsibilities:

Single point of contact for the Contracting Officer and the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR).
Responsible for all personnel management to include schedules, interviews, hiring, and corrective counseling.
Ensures all personnel training requirements are maintained in accordance with the contract.
Responsible for overall planning, direction and success of major programs, systems development efforts, and research or technology initiatives which have great significance to the activity’s and agency’s needs.
Responsible for the overall program definition, organization, and direction of short and long range plans. This includes the responsibility for formulating, guiding, and directing the technical approach; and defining and negotiation with activity and agency personnel for necessary resources.
Establishment and control of technical milestones, schedules, budgets and costs are also essential tasks.
Organize and plan support of contract activities; ensures compliance and delivery of quality services.
Analyze work requirements, communicate guidance and work priorities to subordinate managers and supervisors.
Track and review performance data to measure goal achievement and identify areas of service improvement.
Monitor performance of functional managers/supervisors and submissions of required reports and Contract Data Requirements List.
Ensure all aspects of the Contract performance work statement complies with the tasks performed by the employees
Direct and approve contract modifications, approves budgets, monitor contractual performance and costs, and act to correct discrepant conditions. Has overall responsibility for P&L of the contract.
Provide oversight of physical security and property accountability systems for the project.
Determine staffing requirements and oversees hiring process and personnel actions.
Lead the workforce in implementing partnering with customers to continuously improve performance and business relations.
Requirements:

U.S. Citizen
B.A./B.S. degree in relevant field
10 years project management experience
Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA)/National Preparedness Directorate/National Training and Education Directorate/Center for Domestic Preparedness (CDP) Experience Preferred
Experience managing efforts related to: administrative registration support, travel arrangements (air and ground), scheduling of transportation, classroom setup and training support materials, outreach program, archival of historical records, planning for support activities, coordination with other CDP functional areas and contractors, record maintenance, record analysis, and quality control.
