This is a sales position with an incredible commission structure. This position is great for those who have a family, community, or other personal commitments that they need to keep. We are looking for Remote Insurance Sales Agents who can be trained to become their own boss! There has never been a better time to have total control of your schedule with the ability to meet with clients remotely, over the phone, or in person.

Responsibilities:
Call leads
Help families submit applications for coverage.
Our agents protect families from financial hardship through life insurance solutions including mortgage protection, disability, retirement protection, term life, and more.
Our corporate office generates exclusive, qualified leads who have expressed interest in our products and services. It will be your responsibility to connect with these leads and convert them into clients
Schedule appointments (either through Zoom meetings, phone calls, or in-person meetings - entirely up to you)
Walk families through the coverage options.
Requirements:
Ability to understand and present a solution professionally to a client looking to protect their family in the event of a major health issue or death.
Applicants must be coachable and willing to follow our proven sales system.
Driven
Experience is NOT necessary but previous experience in sales, marketing, and/or customer service is helpful
Experience is not necessary however previous sales experience in sales/marketing will be helpful.
Great Attitude
High school diploma or GED
Ideal candidates will be self-disciplined with scheduling and accomplishing tasks and goals.
Laptop & Smartphone
Life and Health Insurance license (we will help you get your license if you don’t have one already)
Moderate to High degree of computer proficiency
Self-Starter
Team Player
No agent’s success, earnings, or production results should be viewed as expected, typical, or average. Not all agents achieve the same or similar results, and no particular results are guaranteed. Your level of success will be determined by multiple factors, including how much work you put in, your ability to follow and apply our training and sales system and engage with our lead system, and the insurance needs of the clients in the geographic areas in which you choose to work.
