Full-time Process Improvement Specialist

Waikiki Health is recruiting for a full-time remote Process Improvement Specialist. The Process Improvement Specialist will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). They will assist in the development of the forms and reports associated with quality improvement focused on competency peer review, clinical quality review within Waikiki Health.

Duties include but are not limited to:
• Participates in the development and implementation of competency review forms for the system-wide clinical staff credentialing, competency review, clinical quality review.
• Assists in the preparation of quality competency review reports.
• Communicates clearly with quality leadership and as needed to provide timely responses upon request on day-to-day issues as they arise.
• Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
• Experience with database management, program coordination and documenting process and reporting outcomes.
• Familiarity of Microsoft Office programs, including, but not limited to, Excel and Outlook.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in program management and health care systems including, database management, electronic medical record, and provider relations preferred.
• Working with various data collection sources, writing reports, compiling data.
• FQHC experience preferred.
