POSITION SPECIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience required; Master’s degree in Information Technology Business field preferred
• Minimum of 5 years business systems analysis experience required; which includes: proficiency with business analysis methodologies, such as requirements elicitation and documentation, required
• Customer Relationship Management (CRM) experience required; subject matter expertise in Sales and CRM applications preferred (Salesforce).
• Proficiency in understanding business needs and practices required
• Knowledge of database-oriented analysis tools and techniques, especially SQL, is preferred

MAJOR DUTIES:
• Provide business analysis support as needed for Sales and Sales-related business areas.
• Determine and document business objectives. Translate business objectives into documented business and functional requirements.
• Perform analysis, prepare functional specifications, and conduct functional testing for approved projects. Coordinate, review, and validate this work when prepared by project team members.
• Facilitate the business/functional aspects of design, development, testing, implementation, and/or problem resolution.
• Facilitate communication between Sales, Sales-related business areas, and BISD regarding information technology and business initiatives.
• Collaborate effectively across multiple functional areas to achieve desired results

HOURS/LOCATION:
• Hybrid (3 days a week in office) 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (Overtime as required)
• Pittsburgh, PA 15222
• Will be required to work at various Federated locations, notably Warrendale location
