We have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Specialist in the Managed Accounts Department in Pittsburgh, PA! (hybrid)

What You’ll Do
As part of our managed accounts team, you will provide operational support for Separately Managed Accounts (SMA). The Operations Specialist will be responsible for data integrity verification, customer support to both internal and external clients, and data reporting. There will be both specialized and general responsibilities assigned which will be dynamic in nature based on the activity of the department.

The Expertise We’re Looking For
• Bachelor’s Degree or 3 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree; Business related major (Finance/Accounting) preferred
• 1 year experience in mutual funds or separate accounts; managed accounts experience preferred
• Knowledge of investments and financial markets required
• Advanced Excel skills required
• Knowledge of domestic equity and/or fixed income securities required
• Excellent math and accounting skills preferred
