Job Qualification:

• Ability to enter data into a computer quickly and accurately required
• Ability to contribute positively as a team member
• Must pass a background check and drug screen
• Valid driver's license required
• Ability to lift up to50 pounds
• Proficient in the use of online applications and databases
• Good follow up skills and high attention to detail a must
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be a U.S. citizen or be authorized to work in the U.S
• Must work on site
• Haverhill, MA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (If needed)

Responsibilities:

• Receive product via Truck or USPS/UPS/Fedex
• Put away stock orders in appropriate areas
• Fill customer orders from stock or prepares transfers for other locations
• Assisting shipping and receiving by unloading trucks and checking in products or materials
• Preparing orders by processing requests, pulling orders, packing and transporting packages to the shipping area
• Maintaining inventory controls
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel
• Accurately enter data into corresponding fields within various software programs
• Identify and correct data entry errors using appropriate quality control methods
• Scan paperwork, save electronic files, file hard copies, etc
• Manage and organize records and files
• Sorting and placing warehouse items, as directed by organizational standards
• Coordinated transfers of products between several facilities
• Sanitizing, disinfecting, or cleaning surfaces creating a clean and safe working environment
• Other duties as assigned
• Maintain a safe and clean work area
