We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Special Event Employee to join our team. You will be responsible for assisting with the planning and execution of special events, such as Conferences, Galas, and Tradeshows. You will be expected to assist with the execution of these events; including setting up, tearing down, and supervising all activities.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Preparation for daily scheduled activities both in the warehouse and on-site
Set up and tear down event equipment, including furniture, decorations, and audio/visual equipment
Loading and unloading company vehicles at the warehouse and on jobsites
Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the event
Ensure that all event guidelines and regulations are followed
Perform post-event duties, such as clean-up and inventory of event materials
Provide excellent customer service to guests and vendors
Interact with clients and vendors in a professional and courteous manner
A great attitude and great customer service skills
Can read, write, speak, and understand English fluently
Must maintain a professional appearance, have reliable transportation, and be punctual
