General Virtual Assistant

We are a US law firm and are looking for the world’s greatest virtual assistant.
This is a long-term, hourly-paid position (this is NOT a sales position).
No prior experience is required. You will be trained on all of these tasks.
Job Responsibilities:
• Drafting documents
• Answering calls and emails
• Completing case intakes
• Calendaring deadlines
• Fact investigation
Job Qualifications:
• Willing to travel to our location in Yati, Liloan, Cebu (near Arcelo National High School) or in IT Park, Cebu.
• Must be reliable, detail-oriented, extremely smart, and motivated.
• Applicants with VA experience and an English accent will receive higher pay
• Willing to work on graveyard shift
Compensation and Benefits:
✓ Salary range is Php 23-38k/month
✓ Paid vacation and paid time off
✓ Thirteenth month pay after first month of employment

Hours of Work:
You will be required to work 40 hours per week (with a one hour lunch) during graveyard shift.
During daylight savings time, you will work weekdays from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Pacific Standard Time (Tuesday to Saturday from 12 a.m. to 9 a.m. PH time).
When it is not daylight savings time, the schedule will start an hour later (1 a.m. to 10 a.m. PH time).
