Position: Business Analyst
Location: Remote
Duration: 6+ Months

Roles and Responsibilities
Creates process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to developers and/or the project team.
Conducts interviews to gather customer requirements via workshops, questionnaires, surveys, workflow storyboards, use cases, scenarios, and other methods.
Works with stakeholders and project team to prioritize collected requirements.
Author and update internal and external documentation, and formally initiate and deliver requirements and documentation.
Develops and utilizes standard templates to accurately and concisely write requirements specifications.
Translates conceptual customer requirements into functional requirements in a clear manner that is comprehensible to developers/project team.


Desired Candidate Profile
A Bachelor’s Degree with 5 yrs. experience in Business Analyst in Insurance/Finance.
Experience in Agile and Scrum Methodologies is must.
Hands on in writing User Story.
Good in managing Issues in JIRA or any ticket management tools.
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Knowledge of Workflow tools like Visio, Bizagi or any equivalent open source
