We are looking for qualified, friendly, motivated, and detail-oriented General Managers, and TRUE leaders to join our highly skilled, fast-growing management team! Must be fully vaccinated, including COVID-19. Reliable transportation is key, this is not a home base position, and you will be floating.

This Floating General Manager position requires flexibility, including some weekends and holidays!! You will be cross-trained at all of our cafes, our brands include Nature's Table, Au Bon Pain Cafe and Bakery, CoffeeZon, & Fusion by CoffeeZon.

Requirements

Cross-train at all CCH locations - learn all brands
Becomes proficient in all areas of each café, sandwiches/food, smoothies, specialty drinks, and prep
Flexible schedule - cover other GMs' PTO
Facilitates and promotes the use of the Company's “Heart Culture”
Adheres to all company policies and procedures
Provide a total customer experience
Identifies problems and coaches others to help solve them
Consistently delivers a high level of service and hospitality to our customers
Motivates team members to work to exceed customer expectations
Motivates team members to continually increase sales through hospitality and service to customers
Assist the team in achieving positive sales and profit trends
Increasing Sales

Ordering
Customer Service and Leadership
Must be able to manage a team of 20+ employees, place product orders, manage food cost, set pars, and count inventory
Makes sound business decisions in times of uncertainty
Demonstrates excellent communication and listening skills
Demonstrates broad knowledge of and passion for food
Responds to opportunities with a sense of urgency
Technically proficient (MS Office Suite)


Position Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience in the food industry
Minimum 5 years manager experience
