Position: Product Manager
Location: Phoenix, AZ (hybrid)
Hiring Type: Contract

Experience in Risk will be preferred

Qualifications

? 5+ years of experience in Product Management with proven track record in
defining winning product constructs and delivering a product vision and strategy

? Experience with rapid and iterative software development methodologies

? Proven track record managing large, complex features or products with
multiple partners

? Strategic thinker with a strong customer orientation and passion for
understanding and solving customers' needs. Proven experience translating
business needs into tangible deliverables

? Collaborate with multiple partners, technology teams and other product teams
to build & iterate on products that directly impact millions of customers and
prospects

? Create product vision and drive end-to-end product development including
market research, competitive analysis, roadmap planning, prioritization,
rationalization/globalization, feature & user story development, product design
and launch

? Manage the implementation of products, drive global, reusable & configurable
design, prioritization, rule authoring, testing, integration, and product launch

? Develops a strong rapport with product managers, engineers, and other key
stakeholders to identify and drive best practices, process, and technology
improvements, and roll out new capabilities

? Will work to drive process consistency across global teams and ensure that
initiatives are adopted by all

? Will utilize excellent judgment in balancing the prioritization of strategic
projects and drive forward the initiatives that maximize customer value and
deliver operational excellence

? Meet regularly with business and technology colleagues to deeply understand
user needs and preferences and obtain feedback that will ultimately drive the
prioritization and roadmap of key initiatives

? Data will facilitate decision making and evangelize, position, and
communicate the benefits of the services we provide
