Do you love customer service and technology? We are looking for a passionate and driven individual to join our National Team of Business Connect Managers.

You will be responsible for managing a customer base of businesses utilizing our dashboard technology. Have a great eye for Gathering and organizing the relevant data from various sources. Updating the dashboard regularly to ensure that it reflects the most current data and information of our customer base. A good knowledge of In App notifications and how to generate and upload our clients marketing material ensuring their business receives the utmost care in marketing and cross pollinate clients and a collaborative manner. Handle various CRMs and work in a team environment. The Successful applicant will have experience in dealing with small to medium businesses, corporates and real estate.

This position will attract sales and marketing driven professionals that want success and have a passion for customer service. Key Skills, Computer Literate, Love business and customers and love utilizing an international technology to drive and collaborate business owners.

We currently operate in 11 countries and our firm has been operating since 1993.

The position is full time, located in our Australia Head Chatswood Qualities: Structured, Focused, Great Presentation, Excellent English, 100% Customer Focused. Salaried position $65,000 - base plus commission and great office environment
