Customer Service Agent (Holiday Rentals) - $30ph + Super

Location: Culburra Beach / Jervis Bay
Applicants must live within a 45 minute drive of Culburra Beach
You must have minimum 1 years phone based office or call centre experience (retail customer service not accepted)

Professional Holiday Homes is a rapidly growing holiday rental management company with over one hundred properties under management on the South Coast of NSW. We are known for the exceptional results we bring our owners and the fantastic experience we provide to our guests.

Due to continuing expansion we are seeking an enthusiastic and highly professional Customer Service Agent to join us at our office at Culburra Beach.

We are looking for someone who will be with us long-term and who is keen to take on new challenges and opportunities as the company continues to grow.

Location: Culburra Beach (applicants must live within a 45 minute drive of Culburra Beach).

Hours:

38 hours per week 5 days per week between Monday - Sunday 10am to 6pm. Must be able to work a minimum of one day each weekend.

Salary: $30ph + Super

Key Tasks:

Troubleshooting guest issues
Responding to guest bookings / enquiries via phone or email
Preparing quotes for guests
Replying to guest reviews
Providing improvement feedback to owners
Answering owner questions
Updating property online guidebooks
Processing guest payments
Scheduling cleaners for quotes
Organising property repairs / maintenance
Recruiting cleaners
Assisting new owners with property setup / onboarding

Skills & experience required:

Minimum 1 year experience of working in a phone based customer service role
Experience with property management, short-term holiday rentals or in the travel / tourism industry highly regarded
Comfortable with technology including MS Office or g-suite
Drivers license
